1970s Yves Saint Laurent Skirt Enhancer

I am calling this a skirt enhancer as I imagine it was designed to be worn over a skirt, but now days imagine it worn over leggins or tights!! Wowza! You could also drape it over your shoulder and wear it as a little cape or wrap. The fabric is a rayon matelasse (crinkled, raised, silky) with a acetate taffeta ruffle along the edge. It closes with a large hook on the side.
