1960s Gucci Leather & Bamboo Handbag

This is a rare, museum quality handbag from Gucci, circa the late 1950s or early 1960s.
The gorgeous red leather contrasts beautifully with the darkened, carved bamboo. The brasses are beautiful and fresh. The purse has two large interior compartments, each with lots of little pockets to keep things in place.
It is, of course, genuine Gucci.
