This beautiful Brooks creation is made from a synthetic chiffon, with a bodice of stretchy black jersey. The floral print is breathtaking on the black background. The skirt is lined in black taffeta. There is even a great tie belt with wonderfully braided ends. The little cover/jacket has tiny black buttons, it, of course, can be worn with other things should you want to mix it up a bit.
