1970s Galanos Roses Eveing Dress

 This is a gorgeous James Galanos creation of pure silk printed with huge roses in black and white. Its a long and lanky gown with a remarkable cut making for a very dramatic silhouette. See how he did the back so it puffs out from the dolman sleeves, but the front is smooth neck to hem. I also love how the sleeves go from ultra wide to skin tight, with the help of little zippers at the wrist. To make it even more va-va-va-voom there is a dramatic slit up the back to show a little leg when you saunter by. The dress has a small zipper at the waist down the skirt and buttons up the back. The dress is lined in fine black silk chiffon.
