1940s Dagger and Sheath Brooch

I am guessing this dates to the 1940s as most of the jewelry from the collection where it came dated to then, but it could be a bit earlier or later. They style of the dagger and sheath brings to mind Turkey, but it could have been from Israel/Palestine as the collection had quite a bit from that region as well.

The piece is well hallmarked, but I can't decipher them at all. I am assuming it is sterling with a gold wash. The stones are colored glass or rhinestones. Its a fun and fabulous little pin.

It measures 2 1/2" end to end and is about 3/4" wide.
