1910s Edwardian Tulle & Gilt Lace Evening Dress
This is a wonderful example of Edwardian elegance made of black silk covered in delicate black silk tulle covered in little circles of sequins with open holes in the center. The dress is further accented by glorious gold lace that sashes across the bodice and down the front, the dress also has bits of black glass bead-work, some beaded fringes, applique, and gorgeous gold lame florets, one at the side and one at the hem. The dress closes up the side with little hooks. The gold sash hooks at the side as well, as does a bit of the black lace that trails down the back in a little train.
