 Its 100% worsted wool in a brilliant sapphire blue, with contrasting black velvet collar, cuffs and buttons. The lines are classic Mugler, with bold padded shoulders, a pulled in waist down to a flared hem. The effect is a tiny waist and womanly silhouette. The jacket is lined in silk. It closes with snaps with velvet bean shaped covers.
