This is an adorable and very versatile piece that can be worn alone as a top, or over a shirt or dress like a vest. The fabric is a very structured pleated poly.. much more sturdy than the Pleats Please type fabric. As you can see, it is backless, and very fun, with buttons up the front that can be worn open or closed as you wish.
