1970s Sant Angelo Blue Floral Flirty Dress

What a sweet little dress! The fabric is a light crepe (I believe it is silk) in a gorgeous shade of light blue printed with tiny bouquets of flowers. Its an easy-breezy, over the head style with no closures, just the long, matching sash belt. The dress is unlined and has side slit pockets. I love the split flutter style short sleeve and the little ruffle along the V neck. You really can't go wrong with a dress like this.
