1970s Yves Saint Laurent Coat

This was such an iconic look for YSL. I have seen versions of his double breasted coats dating from his early years at Dior to his last years in the 1990s.  This coat is a scrumptious camel color wool, lined in a silky synthetic.  The buttons are genuine horn. The shoulders are un-padded and have that 1970s slouchy look. The collar is big and graceful as are the side slash pockets. The body of the coat is not to tight, and is not too loose. It has a nice, open kick pleat in the back.  Its perfect for a chilly winter's day or a brisk fall afternoon
