1920s Beaded Silk Cape

This little cape is too good to be true. I am dating it to the 1920s, but it could date to the turn of the centry.
It is made from black silk chiffon. The decoration is a combonation of embroidery, cut glass beads, and tiny sequins. Of course, this was all done by hand. The collar and tie is almost entirely covered in beads and sequins. Its a flora motif, with something of a greek key design at the bottom.
There are sweet notches in the sides that creates the illusion of a sleeve.
