This vintage Mexican Silver Bracelet has a classic Art Deco style know as "Gate-Leg". Each of the rectangular silver links is rounded at the corners and stacked in groups connected with invisible pin hinges.
This innovative design gives the bracelet great movement and it just flows around your wrist. It is a very well made piece with a tight button toped push in clasp and it is in good original condition with no signs of damage or repair. It measures 7 1/2 inches long when clasped by 1 1/4 inches wide. Hallmarked 925, Mexico, TD with an illegible number. The T stands for Taxco and the letter D is the artist initial. The number would correspond to the artist but since it cannot be read, then I can't attribute it to an artist. It is sterling, so I am guessing the golden colored links are gold plated silver.
Gate leg bracelets this wide are quite rare!
