1980s Valentino Dress

This dress is sooooo Valentino! It is pure silk with a stiffer silk taffeta lining in the skirt that gives the dress great shape and structure. The silk is woven with a diamond and dot pattern that is very subtle, but then it was printed with the not at all subtle abstract "jewels" in rich color. The dress is a front crossover "wrap" style. It closes with a few snaps and a hook along the waist. The open front continues just a few inches down past the waistline and the rest of the skirting is closed. The dress comes with a wide, ruffled belt of matching fabric. The dress has light, removable shoulder pads.
This dress is in excellent condition.
