Leonard Paris

Daniel Tribouillard, The man behind the flowers

1958 Daniel Tribouillard began the fashion house Jacques Leonard in 1958. In 1960 he patented a revolutionary printing process which allowed very fine detail which was quickly adopted by the best fashion houses like Hermes and Dior. It wasn't until 1968 that the true look of Leonard took off with the introduction of silk jersey, and thus began the legendary Leonard brand. In 1970, the first Leonard boutique is opened in Paris. As of today, Leonard owns 122 boutiques in the world.
